If you purchase your new Tuesday bike online and ship it direct to home, you can follow along with our mechanic, Jake, as he walks you through step-by-step instructions on how to assemble your new bike.
With so many Tuesday dealers, it is impossible for us to know the stock at each location. However, by using the Dealer Locator you can find a local Tuesday dealer. If they do not have the bike you want in stock, you can order it through our online ordering system, and we can deliver it to the shop to be built.
If your local Tuesday bike dealer doesn't have the cruisers you're looking for you have two options. If the cruiser is in-stock out our warehouse:
- Order Online and Ship to Your Local Tuesday Dealer
When you're ready to make your purchase online, click the "Buy It Locally" button. This will allow you to buy a bike online and have it shipped to your local Tuesday dealer where experienced mechanics will assemble it for free and notify you when it is ready for pickup. - Order Online and Ship to Your House
When you're ready to make your purchase online, click the "Add to Cart" button. This will allow you ship the cruiser directly to any address in the continental USA. We have an assembly video to walk you through the final assembly of your bike when you receive it. If you aren’t comfortable working on, or assembling a bike, we suggest you take it to your local bike shop and have a professional bike mechanic assemble the bike. Rates vary by shop to build a partially assembled bike from a box.
Yes, we offer standard shipping to any address in the continental USA. If the bike is in stock, just choose the “Add to Cart” button to have the bike shipped to your home partially assembled in a box. We have an assembly video to walk you through the final assembly of your bike when you receive it. There are many variables in bike delivery dates. The best way to get accurate information is to reach out to your local dealer and speak with them directly.
The best way to stay up to date on all things Tuesday is to sign up for our mailing list and follow @TuesdayCycles on social media. Your local dealer is also a good point of contact for understanding estimated arrival times for models and helping you make decisions of what is currently in stock.
We offer a limited selection of accessories on our website that will ship direct to you. If you are looking for something specific, your Tuesday dealer will be able to help you!
Tuesday Bike Returns for Ship-to-Store Orders
We hope you will love the new bike that you have chosen. When you pick it up from the bike shop, we encourage you to look over the bike and, if possible, take it for a test ride to ensure it is exactly the bike you want. If you are hesitant about the bike or the bike is not to your expectation, do not leave the shop with the bike and immediately have a conversation with the shop about a return or exchange for a product that better suits your needs. Once you leave the store with your bike all sales are final! Each bike shop has its own return policy, and it is at the bike shop's discretion if they will accept a return after the bike has left the store and been ridden. Bike refunds for Locally orders will be applied to the original payment method used in the transaction, less shipping cost & $35 restocking fee.
Direct Shipment Return Policy
You received your bike or parts but for some reason you need to return it. No sweat, we’ve got your back. Orders placed for direct shipment from Tuesdaycycles.com to your residence are eligible for return and a refund within 30 days of purchase. We will issue you a return label and the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund: $50 for bikes, $9 for soft goods, parts, and accessories.
All Item(s) must be in new, unassembled, unused condition and with all original packaging, hangtags, and parts. Once your returned item is received, Tuesday Cycles will review the product and issue refunds accordingly. If the item you returned is not in new, unused condition with all original packaging, hangtags, and parts, the item being returned is considered used. Tuesday Cycles will contact you and has the option to ship the product back to you or adjust your refund amount based on the condition of the item being returned.
Tuesday Cycles does not accept used items for returns unless there is a warranty issue.
Tuesday Cycles does not offer exchanges.
To return an item:
- Please email customerservice@tuesdaycycles.com for a Return Ticket Number.
- Once we receive your return request, we’ll generate a return label and email it to you. You will need to print out the return label and adhere it to the package you are returning.
- After you adhere your return label to your package, drop the shipment at the closest FedEx hub/agent near you.
- Once your return has been received by Tuesday Cycles, we will review the return and issue a credit to the original payment method you used, less return shipping cost ($50 for bikes, $9 for soft goods, parts, and accessories). Credits typically appear on your account 7-14 days after Tuesday receives the return.
PLEASE NOTE: This return policy applies to direct shipments from Tuesdaycycles.com. Items returned MUST be returned unused in new condition with all manufacturer’s packaging included. Please package your returns carefully, as we will not accept returns that show signs of assembly, use, or damage.
Warranty Issues
If you believe your Tuesday product has a warranty issue, please contact us by using the contact form on Tuesdaycycles.com, or by sending an email to customerservice@tuesdaycycles.com. Full terms and conditions are available on our website.
